Primary Chords Exercise - Key Of Eb Major - C Minor

To begin the exercise in the keys of Eb Major - C Minor:

  1. Practice positioning your fingers on the guitar based on the diagrams provided below. Practice by holding the chord and strumming.
  2. Eb Major ( Triad: Eb Ab Bb7 )
  3. Once you are comfortable with the first chord, move on to the the other chords, until you have completed all of the chords (Major and Minor).
  4. C Minor: Cm - Fm - G7 (Relative Minor)
  5. Now play one chord and move to the next chord in sequence, strumming after each chord.
  6. Eb Major ( Triad: Eb Ab Bb7 ) - C Minor: Cm - Fm - G7 (Relative Minor)
  7. Continue the sequence until you have memorized the position of each chord.
  8. Move to the Next Key and repeat the process.
