Basic Key/Chord Overview: These exercises are designed to allow the musician to learn some primary chords for each of the Major Keys along with the corresponding Relative Minor Key.

Beginner Key/Chords Exercises Including Relative Minor Keys - Basic Triads: These lessons include the basic triads for the major keys as well as the relative minor keys. Understanding music theory and key/chord composition and progression is essential for the beginner guitarist. Practice these chord progression exercises in order to play with other musicians.

Major Keys - Including Relative Minor Keys - Progression Exercise 1: This lessons are designed to allow the musician to learn to play the primary chords for the Major Key, the corresponding Relative Minor Key, plus additional chords. This progression exercise will familiarize you with basic key structure as it relates to songs and group interaction.

 

Major Keys - Including Relative Minor Keys And Color Chords - Progression Exercise 2: These lessons include the basic triads for the major keys as well as the relative minor keys. Also included are several additional color chords for the keys that will allow the guitarist to effectively play with added dimension. Understanding music theory and key/chord composition and progression is essential for the beginner guitarist. Practice these chord progression exercises in order to play alone or with other musicians.
